Our renowned Sushi Chef, Shinnosuke Otsuka, takes pride in personally preparing and serving each dish, ensuring that every bite reflects his dedication to the art of sushi making.
Head Chef Shinnosuke Otsuka boasts over 10 years of experience in Edomae-style sushi. He honed his skills at renowned Michelin-starred establishments in Osaka Japan before making his mark as a Head Chef in both South Korea and New Zealand.
His passion lies in preserving the tradition of Edo-style sushi while offering innovative and unique omakase experiences that showcase local ingredients to people around the world.

We take great care to prepare the unique omakase experience. Therefore, we require 72-hours of advanced notice of any allergies and dietary restrictions. We are unable to accommodate dietary restriction, such as shellfish, gluten-free, soy-free, vegetarian, or rice-free menus.
There is a $100 corkage fee per bottle and a limit of two 750 ml bottles (or the equivalent) per party, provided that the sake, champagne, or wine does not feature on our wine list.
We invite you to dress according to individual comfort for the experience. Guests are politely asked to refrain from wearing shorts and flip-flops.
Reservations are required for our omakase experience and available through Tock.
Should your dinner plans change, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance through email at info@sushigaga.com. We will contact you back within 24 hours. (We are closed on Tuesday) If you cancel after this time, a $150 booking deposit is non refundable. There is a limit of one rescheduled time per reservation.
